Meeting Point
The Proprietor of Meeting Point is Julie Price, Bell Farm, North Rode, Congleton, Cheshire, CW12 2NY.

Membership
There is no membership for the group however Meeting Point reserves the right to refuse attendance on any event for persons whose behaviour is deemed objectionable or unsociable.

How to Book on Events
Bookings for any event can be made by either post to Meeting Point, Bell Farm, North Rode, Congleton, Cheshire CW12 2NY enclosing a cheque payable to Meeting Point, by Paypal on the website www:yourmeetingpoint.co.uk or by BACS to Sort Code 20-53-77, Account Number 20498440. If paying by BACS please indicate your event/month which you are paying for and if you are paying for a meal send an email to julie@yourmeetingpoint.co.uk with your menu choices.

Closing date for walk bookings is 7 days prior to the event.

Closing date for meal bookings is 14 days prior to the event.

Places for events will not be reserved until payment has been received in full.

Events
Payment for the walk is purely a booking fee and payment for the meal should be made direct to the venue. Payment for the meal includes your booking fee, three courses plus coffee and the service charge. Drinks to be purchased at an additional cost direct with the venue.

Cancellation of Events
Should Meeting Point cancel an event due to circumstances beyond its control, members will be notified and a full refund of fees will be given, otherwise all fees are non-refundable.

Disclaimer of Liability
Meeting Point accepts no responsibility, nor is liable, for any accidents, injuries, theft of property or personal damage whilst at events, cancellations of events or other unforeseen circumstances. By attending an event you accept that this is at your own risk.

Data Protection
Any personal details provided to Meeting Point will be used solely by Meeting Point and will not be disclosed to any other member or organisation without your prior consent.
